More than 5 years ago, the entrepreneurial spirit and vision of Dimo ​​Dimov-Lemuel shaped his inner conviction to create “Lemuel” EOOD – a company for residential construction and integrated solutions for new generation smart homes!

Behind him stands an inspiring family tradition of 3 generations of builders, such as his grandfather and father. During this time, Dimo’s over 25 years of professional experience – education, additional qualifications, developed and implemented project ideas, international exchanges and contacts, and public initiatives – help him to establish himself as a natural leader in the community and the region and to be the basis for the implementation of a number of innovations and innovative approaches.

– Innovative fundraising approach “Buy a Beehive – Support a Child”, to provide individual and specialized support to children at risk. Creation and development of a working and sustainable social enterprise model.

Initiates and directly participates in the implementation of innovation in the field of social entrepreneurship – builds a bee farm for the production and trade of bee products, beekeeping equipment and technologies. Creates a unique donor network “Buy a Beehive – Support a Child”, in which many American and European corporate and private donors participate.

Creates a unique food product – “honey in a spoon” with 100% natural monofloral and polyfloral honey, intended for commercial establishments – cafes, pastry shops and restaurants. Negotiates exclusive distribution rights for Stara Zagora and Bulgaria of the leading Danish company “Swienty” A/S, in the field of high-quality beekeeping equipment, equipment and technologies. Participates in a number of local, national and international beekeeping exhibitions.

3. It offers a new reading for the revival of the local cultural and historical heritage and its accession to European and global initiatives in the focus of public attention.

– An innovative idea to establish the Annual Good Samaritan Awards and create a unique statuette, which is designed in a way that contributes to the development of European cultural and historical heritage.

Initiates and directly participates in the implementation of an innovation in the field of local and European cultural and historical heritage – the creation of a concept and its realization of a statuette “The Good Samaritan”, which is unique as an interpretation of the story of the “Good Samaritan” and differs from all its analogues in the world. At the same time, it is unique in its workmanship, and a prestigious annual award for charity is established with it. It is constructed in such a way that it can be recreated as a monument, which is one of the emblematic symbols of the city of Stara Zagora and corresponds to the nearly 100-year history of the Samaritan societies in the region. It contributes with its interpretation to the European cultural and historical heritage. A monument to the “Good Samaritan” is built, which at the same time offers an opportunity for year-round donations in support of local causes for children, who are provided with support from the local community.

Participates in the formation of an executive team that leads and develops project investment solutions that are long-term financed to offer sustainability of the innovative approach, achieving significant financial results and attracting new clients.

5. Reviving an outdated form of offering services in construction – “stroykoop” – a new type of construction cooperative.

– Initiates and directly participates in the implementation of an innovative approach in the field of construction – complex, construction and repair activities – in an already developed market of construction and construction and repair activities, finds, develops and implements a market niche, with an emphasis on “restorations” of old, single-family and historical houses, as well as complex, “turnkey” construction and repair activities.

He creates a “construction cooperative” that connects in a closed loop the interests and capabilities of individual craftsmen, specialists and companies, in a comprehensive concept for providing construction services “under one roof”.

Participates in the formation of an executive team that leads and jointly develops a strategic planning concept, which provides access to medium-term financing and offers models for sustainability and development of the innovative approach.

6. Formed an international, Bulgarian-Belgian team working on an open project, with the task of creating a working solution for transforming current high-tech innovations related to digitalization and automation into a new ecosystem that not only offers services and products, but also changes the way people build and affirm their sense of belonging, significance and self-worth.

Initiates and directly participates in the implementation of a comprehensive innovation concept in the field of Elevating Care and Security in Next-Gen Smart Homes, Utilizing Drones and AI Experience  – complex, construction and repair activities and solutions for next-generation smart homes.

Participates in the formation of an executive team that leads and jointly develops a concept for strategic planning and a startup company, which will provide access to initial and ongoing financing. Offers models for sustainability and development of the innovative approach.
